Her career has included roles in the public sector, large corporate organisations, as well as extensive work with SMEs and third sector organisations. This breadth of experience means she understands the different challenges each type of organisation faces, from complex structures and compliance requirements to fast-moving growth and tighter budgets, focusing on practical solutions that work day to day, not just in theory.

She provides employment law advice, management training and hands-on support with employee relation matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and performance management. Helping businesses put clear contracts, policies and people processes in place so expectations are understood and issues are less likely to arise.
