Following the success of the Compact Learning event that took place in October, Aura HR are thrilled to offer the above training this Thursday 21st February 2013
7am – 9am at Cannon Lewis Hall on Longsight Road,next door to the petrol station
Come and take part in this unique learning event which gives you real practical advice on how to Discipline staff correctly, without the fear of potential tribunal costs to your business. Giving you the knowledge, guidance and confidence to follow an Disciplinary process within a legal framework.
This session is extremely cost effective unlike many other training courses which often involve a day away from the office, we recognise that attending training can be disruptive to your business, so our solution is to run this learning event early in the morning at a cost of only £15.00 per head.
